COVID has once again mutated into a new variant, the Delta Plus. South Korea has had two confirmed cases of the new variant, and it's fairly similar to the Delta variant.

Simone Biles, arguably the most popular USA Olympian who is a gymnastics legend, withdrew herself from a few prior events earlier on in the Olympics, to compete in her final two events and placing silver and bronze in those events.

The delta variant has caused a recent surge in cases and has been responsible for nearly 85% of all new cases. As we know, the vaccines are not immune to the delta variant, but the vaccine does help lessen the severity of the symptoms

During the 2020 season, the NFL would delay games to an extra added week (week 18), when teams had a COVID out break and was prohibited by the NFL to play that weeks game. Many teams have high vaccination rates, and some teams do not.

One thing about the medical industry is that it will never go away, it will just keep on evolving. We will always need doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, nurses, and just about every other medical discipline there is to offer.

Motivation is subjective, and looks different for every person. But, to stay motivated you must have long term goals, with short term goals to see progress. Sometimes things take longer than they should, and you find yourself lacking motivation to finish things.
