I currently work with SMS per diem as a pharmacy technician. It’s easy to communicate with the team and see what shifts are available to accept. They’ve made it a really seamless process to start, even though I’ve never met anyone from the company in person. Taylor Good has been my main point of contact and she is nothing short of wonderful.

I've worked primarily with Stephanie Cutler as an RN doing vaccine clinics. Communication with the company has always been prompt and clear. There's great flexibility in choosing the shifts that you want to take in the locations that are convenient to you. I've always had my questions answered and any issues have been dealt with promptly. Sometimes shifts have been canceled at a particular clinic but it's no fault of theirs. There are always plenty of opportunities to pick up nearby. I'll continue working with them each vaccine season for sure.

I love this agency! All the team members are very responsive - anytime I need help, I hear back within minutes. There are plenty of shifts available, they are very flexible, and I’ve sent friends to work with them as well.

I have been with specialty medical staffing for 3.5 years. The staff is easy to talk to returns calls and text message quickly. They are prompt with scheduling shifts and resolving issues when needed. There are always shifts available to pick from within your coverage area or to branch out further. I can only say great things about this company and I have enjoyed my time with them.

This company is very professional. They have work ethic and care about you.
They are very responsive and really supportive of you. This is my first time going through an agency for any job and so far it has been a great great experience.
I would highly recommend this company if you are actively looking for healthcare job. Monica and Lauren are the ones who communicated with me and always available when i called them. They will not ghost you like other staffing agencies. They care about you genuinely.

I have been working with Stephanie Cutler with Specialty Medical Staffing (SMS) for a few years now. She oversees the scheduling for pharmacy chains, vaccine clinics, and hospitals. I know she is extremely busy but always take the time to provide very personalized interactions with me. She is extremely organized, has great communication skills, and is always very prompt with her responses. While we mainly communicate through email, I have called her a few times and found my conversations with her to be very enjoyable; she is a good listener and also has a great sense of humor. SMS is fortunate to have such a tremendous employee.
